As I understand it, he had been to the mall. I went there yesterday to

All I saw was girls under 20, dressed like hos. So, I imagine Santa had
been to the mall and was just making an observation. I felt the same way,
ho, ho, ho, old man, ho, juvenile delinquent, shop keeper, ho.
