After the National I will be suing US Air, for the increased costs. Since I
can sue them here in California, and since they have a presence in California,
anyone who has booked and paid for a flight, and wants to join me, send me
the information as to your increased costs, (after the National) and we will
recover it.
They may pay without the need for litigation, it is a clear issue of
liability.
When you contract to fly, and pay, it is binding. Anyone who breaks that
contract should have to pay the damages.
