[ SHOWGSD-L ] HELP, need old post

A while back some one posted some wonderful information on what to do if
Animal Control should come to you house. What your rights are and etc. Did any
one save it??? I can't find it any where. I have a friend who could use this
information as some one has called AC saying that her dogs are barking. And
it is NOT hers. I would appreciate it if some one could resend it to me.
