Does anyone have any suggestions for doing away with ground wasps and their nests? This one is right in the dog yard and is a pain in the you-know-what... I asked the list the very same question about a month ago....the 1st choice was gasoline down the hole in the evening....lots...just pour down. But since mine was next to the foundation...at dusk I emptied one whole can of raid wasp killer down the hole. In the morning there was no activity so...I sprayed Seven (insecticide) down the hole with the sprayer attachment..for about 5 min.....then the next day no activity...I dug into the hole and filled it with stone and dirt....Under the ground what you dont see was a huge nest....... Gasoline is the best if your not near a builiding... Patty Szymczak ============================================================================ POST is Copyrighted 2006.
