[ SHOWGSD-L ] Great Lakes --What a weekend!

It was a long drive (eight hours for me) to GL Futurity/Maturity in
Indianapolis, and the weather was just as bad as everyone is saying. Mother
Nature was not kind.
But, there was a warmth in the Hospitality of the GSDC of C. Indiana. They
did a wonderful job despite the cold. From Thursday with the hospitality at the
Ramada and all through the weekend the club members made everyone feel
welcome.
The club had a great entry and there was so many quality dogs and bitches in
all of the classes all weekend.
We are proud to announce that our girl Scher, Shadyrock's Scheherazade gaited
her way to Best In Maturity, expertly guided by Jeff Pyle. What a thrill!!!!
I am still in awe!

On Sunday, Scher was Winners's Bitch and BOW for a 4 point major again
handled wonderfully by her friend Jeff Pyle at the helm.

Scher is the sister to the WB from the 2006 National, Ch, Shadyrock's Dancing
Doll. Jeff has dubbed them "The Sister Act"

Sire: Ch. Stonehaven Kazaam of Liberty.

so beautifully! I really do appreciate you!

I appreciate all wonderful comments and ring support! It was great to see
so many friends there that I haven't seen in a while.
