Well, the new pup, now 10 weeks old, went to herding last Sunday afternoon. We
took her in the round pen with one VERY LIGHT youngster and................
Gilli chases sheepies!!!!! She chased that fella all around the round pen!!
The young ram faced her down one time and head butted at her. That one set her
back for all of three seconds when she lunged for his nose! LOL Smart sheepie
turned and ran! 18 pounds of puppy facing down fifty pounds of sheep! She IS
her father's daughter!! Yancy produces sheep chasing instinct!!!
Wish I'd had a camera! Watch for photos of Lil Miss Gilli coming soon!
Who chased the sheep around the ring??? "Guilty As Charged"!
