Dog Owner Indicted

Javance Johnson of Lubbock was indicted on Tuesday for a violation of
Texas'
dangerous dog laws. Johnson's two pit bulls attacked a neighbor and killed
his dog in October of 2007. Johnson's dogs were euthanized the next month
after being deemed dangerous by Lubbock Animal Services. Johnson now faces
felony charges. The Lubbock district attorney will now review the
indictment.
