who would do you a favor by taking a few minutes to call or fax their  
state senator and ask them to stand up on the senate floor and oppose

It should have gone from the house to the State Affairs Committee but  
instead it was put in the Criminal Justice Committee which is chaired  
by the author of the bill! Dirty politics.)  We MUST stop this bill or  
no one in this state will be able to afford to breed
another dog or cat.  There is a section that is referred to as a lemon  
law clause and would require a breeder to reimburse the owner 300% of  
purchase price and pay vet costs if a dog or cat has an inherited or  
congenital disease even if they were not aware of it when sold and  
have done every genetic test on the planet to the parents.  This must  
be killed!

They don't want you on the phone long - just tell them to please stand  
up on the floor and oppose this bill.  They will know what that means.
