Just to confirm:
There are only TWO (2) CHANGES in the original announcement of Judges despite
what you may have heard & they are as follows: .
Barbara Amidon replaced by alternate - Larry Gilbert FOR GREAT LAKES
Dan Dwier replaced by alternate - Lee Parkhurst FOR MIDWEST
IF there should be changes you will be officially notified immediately
The 4 regions hosting Amateur Events are:
Northeast
Midwest
Mid-Atlantic
Southwest
Same closing date for all venues.
You may show a dog in the regular Futurity OR the Amateur NOT in both; this is
a change from last year. A dog or bitch shown in the Amateur Futurity MAY be
shown in the regular Maturity the following year.
Juniors that live in the same household as a pro MAY handle in the Amateur -
all AKC rules pertaining to Juniors are followed in the Amateur Venue as
suggested by AKC.
All dates and judges are on the PC web site - one error to be corrected -
CLOSING IS ON FRIDAY MARCH 7, 2008.
ENTRY FORMS ARE ON THE PC WEB SITE FOR FUTURITY/MATURITY AND AMATEUR EVENT
KELLY KNIGHT WILL ASSIST YOU WITH ADS - CONTACT INFORMATION FOR KELLY IS ALSO
ON THE SITE.
