Once upon a time, Linda and I went to a Specialty show somewhere in the =
East. It was pouring rain and cold. During bitches, I saw the most =
beautiful dog who ever breathed being exhibited in Open. She was =
bi-colored and there was a golden glow about her that oozed attitude and =
presence. And her movement? I went NUTZ. Who is she, I wondered and =
someone standing near said her name was Forest and Emily owned her. =
She won her class and I thought the points were a lock. But it being a =
dog show, she did not win. Not even Reserve)).
I went home and couldn=E2=80=99t stop thinking of her. Forest, Forest, =
Forest: I dreamed deep happy dreams of her and awoke with a purpose. I =
informed Willy that I was buying her no matter what the price, even if =
it meant taking out a loan. It didn=E2=80=99t.
And so began the fairy-tale that was called Forest and Penny. She gave =
me so much love and happiness, I could write all day about it and still =
say more. Once, she saved my life, but I have already told you about =
that.
Now, Forest=E2=80=99s tale is told. Thank you. One last time, =
good-bye.
