Right but any "code" has to have serious teeth....so many times we have
seen violations of this , that or the other thing, and the violators get a
slap on the wrist and go back to business as usual.
It is killing the sport. Not just for newcomers but for people who have
been in it a longtime. People get tired of games and want to walk away. Who
can blame them?
The 4 month PC RULE (not guideline ) was recently violated, it will be
very telling to see if there are any such "teeth" behind it.
