[ SHOWGSD-L ] Ear issue....need help!

6 month old puppy bitch, just finished teething, one ear about 1/2 way up is
floppy - other ear is firmly up - both bases of ears firmly up - how/what type
of taping/bracing/whatever do you do with the tip of this ear? None of the
other females in the litter have any ear issues. The tips of her ears just
touch the top of her crate - does she need a bigger crate until the ear comes
totally up?
