[ SHOWGSD-L ] Christmas morning

Reva is the daughter of a certain Grand Victor whose owner always
responds with "la, la, la, la, la" when the mischievous exploits of his
progeny are described.
Reva is known for quickly disabling the squeakers of all stuffed doggie
toys that come into our home. We have had a very large collection of
squeaker-less stuffed toys for many years.
Beginning about three months ago, Reva began to DISEMBOWEL them--one by
one. She has never done this before. Day after day, stuffing all over
the family room, limp rag of a toy, toy basket getting emptier and
emptier til its down to a few distinctly non-favorites of all of the
dogs. Mind you, Reva is not a puppy but a "mature" lass of eight years.
So, over the past few weeks, as I have wandered from store to store
playing Santa for ten grandchildren and five adult kids, I've been
buying more doggie toys. Late last night, after all the dogs had gone
to bed, I tiptoed out into the family room and filled the toy basket.
This morning I woke to "squeaky sounds" and Reva with a grin on her face
and a wagging tail!!
These pups are smart, huh, BOSS?!!
I know, BOSS says "Woof!"
Reva says "Woof" back and Merry Christmas to all!!
