Yes, Lexington was by far the coldest National I have experienced. We were
all bundled up sitting in the bleachers, having dogs at our feet to keep
them warm.
I remember an All Breed in Flagstaff that was kinda chilly. We were caught
by surprise as we expected it to be warm-er and did not bring heavier
clothes. Everyone hit the booths to find some sweat shirts. When I got there
only one was left. It was one that no one wanted. It had a huge star in
front with a GSD head and next to it said in bold red "THE ENFORCER". I took
it, it was a necessity as far as I was concerned. Still have it but only
wear it at home. LOL

The national in Lexington was also my first one too. I bought a whole bunch
of hand warmers.....found some of them two years later when I was cleaning
and some of them were still warm..lol!!! I still have a Kentucky hooded
sweatshirt that I bought at K-mart that weekend also........boy.....it was
cold!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
