Since GSDCA is already subscribing to Constant Contact, it wouldn't
cost more to send. As Dave said, CC costs about $15 a month (CaRPOC
pays for 2-3 years and gets a discount), goes to individual members
(just like the recent BOG). For those without computers, they
wouldn't be able to go behind the wall anyway, to check.
