Thanks Evan for this recognition of Bill's devotion and hard work. As you
said, everyone can and should appreciate all Bill has done even if they don't
always agree with everything he has done. And for those that want to know,
Bill does not have family problems at all. His Doctor has advised him to
retire from the work done for the GSDCA - his stress levels were not good.

I am sure Bill has his reasons. He has some family problems, is done at the
end of the year after all, and is named in litigation for actions the is
alleged to have taken. I doubt the club is as much fun for him as it used to
be,
and I hope he finds something else that pleases him.
Bill has worked hard for the GSDCA, and while I haven't agreed with
everything he has done, I recognize his dedication and hard work. For that I
thank
him, and wish him well.
