I hear they are great, you just have to be careful not to step on them.
A German shepherd is unique. If you have owned one, or been owned by one, that
is a true fact. I have talked to a lot of people who have moved to other
breeds, and no one has ever told me they found anything to replace a shepherd
without changing what they expect.
