[ SHOWGSD-L ] BRAG for Strider's #6 Champion

Well, the drive to the desert was worth it. Strider's daughter Covy
Tucker Hills Cherry Bomb went WB from the Am Bred class both days for
back to back majors and BOW the second show. So pending AKC
confirmation, she is now Ch. Cherry and is Strider's 6th champion!!
Judges were Chris Walkowitz and Betty Jo Patrick. Cherry was just 18
months two days ago and this was her first weekend in Am Bred. She is
owned by Cappy Pottle, myself and Bill Petterson and was bred by
Gloria Birch and Cappy. She is out of CTH Wildfire II. My thanks to
Art Sinclair who has shown her from start to finish. Thanks to Debbie
Hopkins for driving us down here and hauling all the grooming and set
up stuff. Debbie took Cherry back in today and put the BOWs on her.
Thanks to Zac Hudspeth for taking her in for breed on Sat. We had a
nice celebration last night and were joined by my sister and her
husband who live in PS. Guess we will be celebrating again tonight! We
will be heading home in the AM! Doing the happy dance for sure.
