Which bugs me to no end. It shouldn't have mattered what they felt...the
standard has never called for a roachy back. They're Shepherds, not
Whippets or Bedlingtons
That is why our GSDCA President does not judge our National each year. The
American apporach is very different. There was talk between me and a past
president of the GSDCA that while in office our President should not be
showing. I am not sure I agree with that, but I do know it sort of has been
the tradition.
The SV president does judge their show, or at least that is how it used to
be. I am not sure if it is still going on or not. I don't spend much time
thinking about what they do in Germany, or Ireland either.
