[ SHOWGSD-L ] AVMA/ASPCA Oppose Mandatory Sterilization of Owned Pets

Both the AVMA and ASPCA have recently published policy updates opposing
mandatory spay/neuter for owned pets. We need to be sure to avail
ourselves
of statements from such authoritative sources when arguing our case
against
MSN with legislators.
