Well, today the bad side won.... it will no longer be legal for anyone to own any dog/cat over the age of FOUR MONTHS that has not been altered. Oh sure... they say someone with a "breeder's license" can keep their animals intact - but good luck getting one!! They don't give them unless you have a kennel license and you can't get a kennel license in LA County anymore.... So tell me again why there is any hope for California?????????
