This is only an observation, not a comment. Los Angeles Animal
Services will only give M S/N exemptions to clubs who have a code of
ethics. SOMEHOW, AKC bypassed that by talking about their kennel
inspections and their mission statement. But I've seen that wording
in some other mandatory s/n bills. I can't remember if it was in the
Riverside ordinance or not.
And this has NOTHING to do with the subject other than what may be
coming down the pike.
