Update your anti viris program at least once a week
There is a really great FREE program
http://www.avast.com
It updates daily and works with less memory than Norton and
McAfee. By having updates daily, more things are prevented and
caught.
There is NO excuse for not having a good anti-viri program
One of the reasons no attachments are allowed on this list is viri
prevention via the list. No attachemnts means, no sending out pix,
waves, docs or anything that can contain a worm or viri. That does
not protect you from list members with viri in private emails, or have
you in their addressbook.
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
