Great letter, Paul!
It's my understanding that AB 1634 allows an exemption from the 4 month old
spaying if the dog is currently being shown in any venue. Since AKC requires
the dogs to be 6 months old before being officially shown, this is a false
exemption. If I understand the bill correctly, that is.
