Obviously you do not understand the rule.
If any handler shows to a judge, that judge may not use the services of that
handler for 4 months after judging any dog with that handler.
A judge also may not judge a dog handled by a handler he or she has hired
within the previous 4 months.
I don't get what's so hard to understand about the rule. Then
again..................
