The Thirteen Club collects information from owners of German Shepherds that
are twelve years of age or older. Any German Shepherd Dog is eligible when
they turn twelve years old, qualifying dogs nominated by their owners with
the required information will receive a certificate of recognition. The
dog must be living on January 1 of the year in which the application is
made.
You must provide Carolyn with the following documentation to apply for
your dog's membership in the Thirteen (13) Club:
1. A 4-generation pedigree (may be scanned and emailed or provided as
an email attachment)
2. A copy of your dog's AKC registration certificate (may be scanned
and emailed)
3. A completely filled out _Application Form_

scanned and emailed IF
LEGIBLE)
We will process your application as soon as all 3 of these documents are
received. We cannot process your request if any are missing.
