Unless you know the patient intimately always best to have the patients prepay
or at time of service I agree small claims court is your best choice. Is the
patient ignoring your calls and letters? If you have an attorney a letter from
them may do the trick. Be very careful with trusting patients to pay you after
settling their cases. They will claim ignorance. Seth
