NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given
that the Limerick Township Industrial Development Authority
('Authority') will hold a special meeting and public hearing on behalf
of the Board of Supervisors of Limerick Township on Thursday, October
29, 2009, at 8:30 a.m. in the Limerick Township Building, 646 West
Ridge Pike, Limerick, PA 19468 to consider such business as may come
before the board and to conduct a public hearing on the proposed plan
of financing involving the issuance by the Authority of a tax-exempt
and taxable obligation to finance the following project: A. Owner of
Financed Facilities: Sly Fox Holdings, LLC or an affiliate thereof; B.
Project Location: 1153 Main Street, Limerick Township, Montgomery
County, PA ('Project Site'); C. Nature of Financed Facilities: The
proceeds of the tax-exempt financing, together with other available
moneys, will be used to: (i) purchase the Project Site, (ii) renovate
and rehabilitate the buildings thereon and purchase equipment for such
facility to be used as a brewery and a keg manufacturing plant, and
(iii) pay a portion of the costs of issuance of the tax-exempt
financing, (collectively, the 'Project'). D. Maximum Principal Amount:
Not to exceed $6,500,000.00 for tax-exempt and and $750,000 for
taxable financing. At the public hearing, any and all persons in
attendance will be afforded the opportunity to express their views
which may either be provided orally at the hearing or be submitted in
writing at the Authority's address: c/o Merle R. Ochrach, Esquire,
Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin, 375 Morris Road, P.O. Box
1479-0773, Lansdale, PA 19446, concerning the proposed issuance of
indebtedness and the location and nature of the projects financed
thereby. This notice is published by, and the public hearing is being
held by, the Limerick Township Industrial Development Authority, in
accordance with the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal
Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. If you are a person with a
