SFCC Members:
Many members in the Computer Room are experiencing problems with printing
something while they are using email like MSN, Gmail or
simply in the browsers.
Here is what we are finding out helps the problem.
Within the browser window,
near the top right there is a smalll printer icon ( thing that looks
like a printer).
1- Left click it and select print preview.
2- A page will come up and you may need to pick landscape mode (paper
sideways)
there is an icon in the top left to help with that,
3- Then at the bottom of the screen that pops up, look at the number of pages,
if it is more than one page you can go forward to the page you want.
4- when the printer widow pops up, you can select print current page
or whatever you need.
It seems the developers are doing something that cuts off the right
side of the screen when printing if you
do not use this approach.
Maybe - Mark will have some news on this in his April SFCC meeting
presentation on Printer selections.
