Just a reminder that the next SFCC meeting will be Aug. 17th at 10:00 AM in
the Fiesta Room. I will be sending out the agenda by the 10th. Hope to see
you there.

SFCC member Judy Snider forwarded this set of instructions to uninstall IE9
and go back to IE8 if you are having problems running certain applications
that haven't been upgraded to run using IE9. Thanks Judy.

If you experience problems with one of your programs running with IE, check
your version of Internet Explorer by clicking on the question mark inside a
blue circle at the top right of any IE page and click on About Internet
Explorer. If it shows you if you have IE version 7, 8 or 9.

To uninstall IE9, please follow these instructions: (The following
instructions apply to both Windows 7 and Windows Vista).

1. Click the Start button (at the bottom left, the 4-color flag thing) ,
type Programs and Features in the search box, and then click View installed
updates in the left pane.

2. Under Uninstall an update, scroll down to the Microsoft Windows section.

3. Right-click Windows Internet Explorer 9, click Uninstall, and then, when
prompted, click Yes.

4. Click one of the following:

.Restart now (to finish the process of uninstalling Internet Explorer 9, and
restore the previous version of Internet Explorer).

.Restart later (to wait until you shut down or restart your computer).

Note:
After you uninstall Internet Explorer 9, the previously installed version of
Internet Explorer will be available on your computer. It is not necessary to
reinstall.

From Chuck Howard:

Time for a restore and cleanup reminder.
Look at this webpage for suggestions. Remember to look for the free
versions of the programs.
