[SeniorTech] Which "updates" are recommended?

Hi, My name is Kevin Murray and I am the owner of Down to Earth Computers. All
of the updates you mentioned are good, keep in mind if your computer has
viruses or spyware the updates can become corrupt and render your PC useless.
As always make sure your important data is backed up before installing any
updates. If your not sure if an update or other suspicious objects appear you
are welcome to email me for advise.
