[sendcard] sendcard 3.2.0RC2 released

Hi,
One exam down, 2 more to go. While I'm working hard, here's something for
you to play with. sendcard 3.2.0 release candidate 2 is now available from
http://dev.sendcard.org/sendcard_3-2-0.zip. This version of sendcard is
pretty much finished as far as I'm concerned, it just needs a bit of
polishing before being made the final release.
If you've already installed sendcard 3.2.0RC1 then you'll have to download
the full package again and follow the instructions in docs/upgrade.txt -
for the sake of my bandwidth I suppose should provide a separate (smaller)
upgrade package, but I've lost track of which files have changed (I suppose
I should be able to find out via CVS, but I don't know how to - would
anyone care to enlighten me?)
