If you or your scout is interested in the latest gear, mark March 11th
on your calendar. Everyone is invited to our March Roundtable. It will
be held on March 11th beginning at 7pm at Macedonia Lutheran Church. The
Alamance District Camping Committee has arranged for the following
vendors to attend and educate us on some of the newest products on the
market, places to visit, and programs offered.

Paul will review the PEAK program that REI offers that dovetails in with

Sean will be providing the Troops and Packs incite on where to take all
of the cool gear listed above and how to get the best utilization from
it depending on the state park you chose to explore. The Junior Ranger
program will also be introduced to the District.

This is planned to be a round robin effort utilizing 4 groups of those
in attendance at 15-20 minutes per station. After everyone has had a
chance to see everything, it will be opened up to go back to the
location that you might have extra questions upon and spend additional
time.
