INFORMATION MA= NAGEMENT SERVICES SUPERVISOR (Code : IMS)

T= he main responsibilities are to coordinate operation of Information
managem= ent Services both Business and Technical records to include provide
trainin= g to Record Coordinator, to keep global integrity and share best
practice, = supervise operation for central file rooms/offsite storage/vital
records/ba= rcode system, record management services and retention schedule.

Qua= lifications :
=E2=80=A2 Preferred Professional knowledge and education o= f Records
Management and Library Management, Certified Records Manager or e= quivalent
experience plus 5-8 years related experience
=E2=80=A2 Preferr= ed 5 years leadership experience.

SAFETY COORDINATOR (Code : SC)
= 
The main responsibilities are to coordinate the implementation of compa= ny
safety policy systems within Facilities Operations, make sure that all =
activities are in compliance with all applicable safety requirements and gu=
idelines, to supervise site operation on all facilities projects, and to pr=
ovide safety briefing and training to employees and contractors.

Qua= lifications :
=E2=80=A2 Bachelor degree in Engineering with min. GPA of = 3.00 (scale
4.00)
=E2=80=A2 Preferred 5 years experience of working in s= afety management
system, preferably in oil and gas industry.

FACILIT= IES MAINTENANCE OPERATION SUPERVISOR (Code : FM)

The main responsibi= lities are to manage all facilities operations and
maintenance of the offic= e facilities to include Operations and Maintenance
- overall management of = building operations, maintenance and repairs,
office renovation, office re-= plans, utilities consumption, janitor
services, security services, etc., Of= fice Support Services - overall
management of mail room services, reception= , telephone switchboard,
facilities helpdesk, copier administration, compan= y cars, car drivers,
catering, central conference and training room, etc.
Qualifications :
=E2=80=A2 Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechani= cal, Electrical, or
Civil,Facilities Management, Business Studies, or rele= vant technical
discipline with min. GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
=E2=80=A2 Pref= erred 5 years experience of working in a customer services
oriented environ= ment, contract administration (bidding procedure, etc),
working knowledge o= f real estate or building engineering.
=E2=80=A2 Business and financial = planning / reporting skills.
=E2=80=A2 Ability to work with Landlords an= d managing agents, management
ofconsultants, contractors, and services pro= vider.
=E2=80=A2 Ability to work with regulatory officials and governmen= t
department.

General Requirements :
