FWIW..... My EAS box shows over 3000 EAS alerts since January 1, 2009. All kinds of alerts.Weather. Amber. 911 Outages. State originated tests. County originated tests. Cross op area activations. The Ohio Plan seems to work. Needs a little tweaking for some monitor assignments. But, all in all, I believe Ohio is in pretty good shape. But we use it on a regular basis.
