WRVF received correct headers from WNCI via the state fiber feed to all the LP1
stations. The box sent the headers, but there was no audio. WNCI is monitoring
WLW acording to the plan.
There was no audio at all.
After about 22 seconds I sent the EOM signals to abort the test here in NW
Ohio. The WRVF box recorded 49 seconds of static before it stopped recording.
That is all.
