Ok thanks Bryan, I know you were out there, When I sent out the e-mail Jim was
the only one who said they would be there and after you left last year he was
the only one with a solar filter. We had the pst out there, but everyone wanted
to look through the big telescope.
I told the the Valleyfest people we would be there and I just hope the
volunteers come. I won't get there until 5 and I am not sure what time Jenny
will get.

Debbie,
I will plan on being there early to help set up and will bring my telescope for
solar viewing. For the record, I did have mine out there last year too for most
of the day, :).

I am sending this to our list members in hopes to get some volunteers for
Valleyfest on Sept 24th
I need to know I will have enough support for this all day event. It starts at
8am-10pm or later.
Jim has volunteered with his big telescope but he can't do it by himself.
Would need a minimum of 3 people to start the day off and more as the day goes
on. it is really busy when you only have one
solar telescope we had long lines last year. If you have a solar filter for
your telescope we could use you.
I will be meeting with Valleyfest organizers next Thursday to let them know if
we will be there or not for their event
Jenny and I will be at Gonzaga with the Boy Scouts.
Valleyfest organizers are wanting to know plus I need to have our submission in
by July 5th
for the Valleyfest publication.
I will delivery everything on Friday to the field, including the EZ-up. but
someone needs to be there in the morning to setup.
I will not get there until about 5pm.
Thanks
