What time at night was the Aurora? Would it be about the same time tonight if
it happens again?

Unfortunately the cell phone pis didn't work well. I will try to tweak so
into something semi-acceptable to share. I had my 35mm DSLR but forgot my
tripod. The current storm is now kp=6 so clouds willing, maybe another
chance tonigjt.

I know that Michael Finch took some pictures of the nice aurora with his
cell phone. Dan Bakken was using his 41" Dobsonian ("Hercules") to look at
Messier Objects with his wife and daughters.

Awesome aurora tonight. Didn't last long though. M46 was a blast. Jupiter

Pretty bright aurora to the north. Apparently it is visible in the city in
darker spots. Good show at Fishtrap.
