[sarcmembers] Portable Tower EME Array Refurbishment is Complete...

I was able to add an experimental 'Mooncam' to the cross boom.  Someday soon, 
we will be able to stay seated in the SARC radio room and keep the array 'on 
the moon' using video assistance.

I was able to work N6KK, JR3ERX, RZ4HF, UA9LYU, VK2KU and 7K3LGC on 144.128MHz.
