[sanesecurity] New database: jurlbl.ndb

Hi All,
Shortly there will be a new database available called jurlbl.ndb.
Recently there has been a certain amount of junk emails that have so many
obfuscations in them, there's it's impossible to create a standard
signature based on text content.
As these can be high hitting, the new database will be based solely on the
url, hence the name... J(junk)url(url)bl(Blacklist).
The signature names will be, for example: Sanesecurity.Jurlbl.10
