This is in continuation to my previous mail.

1.Please make sure that you attach a copy of your resume

2.And also try to explain your action plan for the post for which you are submitting your application.This will help us to know more about your vision and in what ways you can help the functionality of Saint. This will definately help us to prepare a team which can work efficiently .


Note that your resume and action plan are very important.Without it your application may be cancelled.

Applications  are to be submitted for the posts of memebers in executive committee and for the head of clubs of Saint.


Candidates who are willing to be in Executive Committee and Head of the clubs  will have to undergo a  stringents election process as determined by  the committee constituted by Dean, USIT.

Structure and Positions of SAINT.

*  Executive committee:

1.President

2.Chief Organiser(Infoxpression)

3.General Secretary

4.Two Treasurers

5.Technical Head

6.Cultural Head
7.Sports Head
8.Literary Head


 The Executive committee oversees the functioning of the society.
President , SAINT  head of the Executive Committee and Chief Organiser (Infoxpression) is overall in charge of various activities during InfoXpression .Other than the President committee has the General Secretary , Treasurers and Heads ( Sports , cultural ,Technical Literary). The Executive Committee decides the direction and action of the society.

  * Head of Clubs: ( Positions : Head of the Following Clubs)

SAINT  has Six  clubs:

1. Linux and Open Source
2. Software Development and Programming
3. Hardware and Robotics
4. Further Studies and Club of Future
5. Editorial and Literary
6. Cultural and Sports

  These Club will be headed by respective Head of Clubs (HoCs). They are answerable to the Executive Committee. Responsibility for the activities of the clubs
and respective club members lies with the Head of Clubs. Furthermore
HoCs are the primary interface between the Executive committee and
Organizing Members.

in all Six Clubs , Maximum No. of organising members in a club can be
Five)

SAINT  has a team of extremely dedicated and profusely talented
Organizing Members. They are the basic functioning units of the
society. A stringent selection process is followed to recruit new
Organizing Members. They implement all the projects and initiatives
undertaken by SAINT.Maximum no. of organising members in a club can be Five.

  * General Members:

The General Members are the reason and inspiration behind the Society.
In fact they are the backbone of the society. Attending workshops and
seminars is not the main participation criteria in SAINT , but even
they can share their knowledge with one and all. Their suggestions and
critical comments are always welcome. Thus it is the feedback only
that helps us to resolve, implement and improve.
