Subject: [sagittaug] Weekend Support

I know this is a topic that has come up before, but Eric at Bratrud
Middleton recently ran into a problem on a weekend and could not do
anything about it until AMS got back to him later on Monday. I have run
into this as well, and it is frustrating. We have raised this issue
previously, however it has been long enough that it needs to be raised
again. Eric drafted the attached letter to put it back on their to-do
list.

We are sharing this with you for a discussion point at the meeting today
(I will bring copies), and we are hoping some other agencies might be
willing to lend their name to the agency list on this letter. (Oh, and
feedback on any changes to the letter are very much welcome, as well.)

Thank you.
