Randy Peterson of EVAC also reported trouble sending me an e-mail this morning. It seems to be working now, please try again, and let me know the results. 
I'm not sure how to check for "message blocking"....
I seem to be getting the usual no. of spams and other culprits, however...
I sure haven't taken any intentional action to block any of my SAC or EVAC friends!
