Our speaker at the April meeting will be Christopher Groppi, Assistant
Professor at the School of Earth and Space Exploration at ASU. He will be
speaking about scientific ballooning in Antarctica. He is working on a team to
fly a balloon-borne 0.8m telescope to do THz astrophysics in Antarctica this
coming Austral summer.
SAC meetings are held in the Fleming Building at Grand Canyon University. Room
