Space Imagery Center open house

Lunar and Planetary Laboratory
1629 E. University Blvd.
3rd floor atrium
Time 6:30-9:30 PM
Lecture at 7:30, Dr. David Kring, Associate Professor and Director of the
UA Meteorite Recovery Program, will speak on spacecraft missions to
asteroids and meteorite samples of asteroids
Displays include:
Asteroids, Comets and Meteorites: What Can Be Learned From Studying Them?
Origins of the Solar System
Spacecraft Missions to Asteroids and Comets
Arizona Meteorites
Searching and Finding Meteorites
Meteor "Rights" and Meteor Wrongs.
The open house is free and open to the public. Age appropriate for children
from middle school and older.
Free parking in the Cherry Street garage, on N. Cherry Street, just south
of E. University Blvd.
