To whom it may concern-

I am a math and science teacher at Imagine Avondale, a small charter school in the west valley.  We are currently studying stars, galaxies, and the contents of our universe.  My students have been very engaged and interested in the entire unit of study and I was hoping to get them out viewing the stars one night.

Do you know of any star gazing opportunities in the area?  I know there are clubs and societies such as yours that have star  gatherings sometimes and I would love to present my students with this opportunity.  It would only be 16 students.  If it is possible to have a gathering in the Avondale at some prudent location with a relatively dark sky, I would be happy to host and facilitate that.

Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing back from you.
