[sac-board] SACNews Budget Insert Truncated

Rick, I displayed the budget insert from the October SACNews (page 9) and
this is what I got from both xpdf and acroread:

The meanings for all the numbers on the left side are missing.

I was hoping you's cut up the spreadsheet into four separate inserts
rather than one big inclusion.  The income part is small enough to fit
between two paragraphs.
