[sac-board] Problems with SAC's website

This morning I've tried downloading the last two newsletters, only to have
the download stall after 30 seconds.
Is anyone else having similar problems via dialup?
I finally got the newsletters after restarting using the continuation
option many times (in 60 to 100 KB chunks).
If no one else reports problems I'll try again in a couple days to see if
the problem still exists for me.
