[sac-board] PIC's with USB

The 16C765 has a low-speed USB interface built into it. There's an
application note that includes all the software need to run it. There
another chip that's the same except for less program memory.
Attached is a promo sheet for PIC chip (18F4x50) with full-speed USB.
It's not in production yet.
