Do you have a list of items in the Holmquist collection from the original
inventory?  Can you send that list with the items disposed marked.  Then
we can just verify the remaining items.


I hate to say this, but we will not be able to dispose of the inventories
at the June meeting unless we really plan of giving the parts away for
free.  If we want the announcement to be placed in other club's
newsletters, we have to give them notice at least 6 weeks in advance,
minimum, preferably 8 or more weeks.  A list of available parts should be
given to the respective club presidents at least 4 week in advance
(E-mail, Hard-copy, and Hard-copy transparency).  Arizona clubs that
should be notified:  EVAC, TAAA, ACSCW, PAC, PAS, CCA, VVA and possibly a
few more in Arizona that I can't remember.
